Selected from the finest coffees from the growing regions surrounding Mount Kenya,the second-highest mountain range in Africa. Harvested by small farmers from different cooperatives. Arabica coffee beans are at an altitude (1'750 to 1'900m above sea level) on the fertile volcanic soil of the Kenya mountainside. The harvest period lasts from November to December. After picking , the eggplants are wet-shelled and wet-milled, washed with water from the uplands of Kenya. They are then dried in the sun before being sent to a dry factory for further processing and preparation for export.
"Mount Kenya Selection AA" is fruity, full-bodied, and seductively aromatic. Flavors of currants, fresh fruit, and a hint of caramel make up the typical Kenyan coffee flavor.
