We send a few types of emails: 

  • Account and order-related communications:  to let you know when an order’s on its way, provide you with shipment tracking information, or inform you of payment issues etc.
  • Personal Offers & Promotions: Occasionally we send you personalized offers or promotions which we think that might suit you the best.
  • Coffee Order Reminders: at the end of the subscription’s period, we might send an email to confirm your re-purchase.
